Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions? That’s completely normal!
This FAQ was created to give you clear answers and help you move forward with confidence in your French learning journey.
If you don’t find the answer to your question, I’d be happy to chat with you during a free first call.
À qui s’adressent les accompagnements FLEarners ?
The FLEarners programs are designed for expat women who live in France (or are preparing to move here) and want to use French with more confidence in their everyday life.
They are especially helpful if you already know some French basics, but you freeze when you need to speak in real situations: appointments, school, work, conversations with friends and family…
I’m shy and I lack confidence when speaking. Is it right for me?
Yes, absolutely. 💜
FLEarners programs are designed to help you progress in a kind, supportive space, without judgment and at your own pace.
The goal isn’t to speak perfectly, but to dare to use French little by little and build your confidence.
What is the difference between individual support and small groups?
Individual support is fully personalized: we work on your goals, your challenges and the situations you need in your life.
Small conversation groups are designed to help you practise regularly, connect with other expat women and build confidence in everyday conversations.
Are the programs online or in person?
FLEarners programs mainly take place online, allowing you to learn from home and enjoy more flexibility.
In-person sessions may be available under certain conditions around Thionville and the Luxembourg border area.
How does the first call work?
The first call is a free 30-minute meeting.
We talk about your journey, your current level, your goals and your needs to find the program that fits you best.
How can I sign up?
You can book a free first call or join the waiting list for the small groups.
I’ll then contact you to discuss your needs and explain the next steps.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If this happens, we’ll find a new time slot together.
After this period, the session will be considered due.
For small groups:
Sessions take place at fixed times to create a real group dynamic. If you can’t attend, the session cannot be rescheduled, but a replay will be available for one week so you can follow at your own pace.
The full conditions will be shared with you when you join.
Can you help me with a professional project?
Yes. Individual support can also help you with your professional project in France: preparing for an interview, presenting your experience, gaining confidence when speaking or communicating more easily at work.
The goal is to help you use French in real professional situations, so you can move forward with more confidence in your life in France.
