Who am I?
My name is Juliette, a French as a foreign language teacher and the founder of FLEarners.
Today, I support expat women living in France and Luxembourg who already know the basics of French but want to finally use it with confidence in their everyday life.
Because learning a language is not only about knowing grammar rules.
It’s about being able to ask a question without panicking, talk with your colleagues, understand conversations, build connections… and feel free to be yourself.
My journey
For 10 years, I was a primary school teacher.
I learned how to create practical, adapted and motivating learning experiences where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Then, I specialized in French as a foreign language (FLE) to support adults coming from other countries.
But my way of teaching does not only come from my training.
It also comes from my own experiences.
During my Erasmus experience in Italy, I discovered this strange feeling:
knowing a language… but not always being able to show who you really are.
Searching for your words.
Being afraid of making mistakes.
Staying quieter than usual.
Since then, I have continued learning other languages, especially Japanese and Korean, and exploring different cultures.
These experiences reminded me of something essential:
We don’t learn a language to complete exercises.
We learn a language to live moments.
I am also a mother, and this experience has made me even more aware of the small invisible challenges of everyday life:
○ understanding how the school system works
○ making an appointment
○ dealing with administrative tasks
○ creating new routines in another country
Situations that may seem simple… but can require a lot of energy when you don’t feel completely comfortable with the language yet.
What inspires me
I am passionate about languages, travelling and intercultural exchanges, especially with Japan, Korea and China.
I love building bridges between cultures and helping each person find their place in France, without leaving a part of themselves behind.
My goal:
to help you move from survival mode to real life in French.
At FLEarners, I want to create a warm, supportive and pressure-free space.
A place where you can:
✨ move beyond survival French and feel more independent
✨ gain confidence speaking and joining conversations
✨ use French in situations that truly matter to you
Because confidence does not come from perfect French.
It comes from practice, small steps forward… and the moment you realize:
“I can do this.”
My teaching approach
Learning French should not be a source of stress.
My approach is based on 4 ideas:
🌱 Speaking from the beginning
Because a language becomes natural when you use it. Even with hesitation. Even with mistakes.
🌱 Learning through real-life situations
We work around your daily life: conversations, work, school, paperwork, social life…
🌱 Progressing with clear structure, but without pressure
Clear goals to help you move forward while keeping the joy of learning.
🌱 Growing with confidence
A space where you have the right to try, search for your words and start again.

Discover support programs FLEarners :
personalized support or small groups to help you use your French in real life.
Learning a language is much more than words.
It’s about building connections, finding your place… and no longer feeling alone.
And tomorrow?
FLEarners was born from a simple idea: learning a language should also help you build connections.
Today, I support you through French lessons and small conversation groups.
Tomorrow, I would love to help FLEarners grow, little by little, into a true community around languages and cultures.
In the future, I would love to offer:
🌸 in-person creative workshops to practise French differently (art, writing, reading, creative activities…)
🌸 cultural workshops to discover, understand and share experiences about life in France
🌸 moments of exchange to learn together, create connections and feel supported throughout this journey
Because a language is not only experienced in a notebook or during a lesson.
It lives through encounters, experiences, conversations and all those little everyday moments that make us feel like we belong.
My wish: to create a space where everyone can learn, share, grow… but also feel supported, understood and surrounded in their life in France.
